UXKITZONE Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which digital assets available for purchase or download on UXKITZONE (“us”, “we”, or “our”) may be used. By purchasing or downloading any item from UXKITZONE, you agree to be bound by these terms.

License Grant

The UXKITZONE License grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital assets (“Item”).

Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do):

• You may use the Item to create unlimited end projects for yourself or for clients.
• The end projects may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.
• You may modify or manipulate the Item, combine it with other works, and create derivative works.
• This is a ‘multi-use’ license, allowing you to use the Item multiple times in multiple projects.

Restrictions (What You CANNOT Do):

• You may not re-distribute the Item as a stock asset or in its source format, regardless of modifications.
• You may not create templates, themes, or derivative works of an Item to sell on marketplaces.
• You may not resell or distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace, private channels, or bots under any circumstances.

Additional Licensing Terms:

• Some items may contain third-party components with separate licenses (e.g., open-source or Creative Commons). If applicable, this will be noted in the item’s description or downloaded files.
• The author of the Item retains ownership but grants you the license under these terms.
• UXKITZONE is not a party to this license agreement between you and the author.

Violation of Terms:

Any violation of these terms may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
